Catharsis Counseling Center launched in September 2025 and we now are excited to announce that we can offer in person care in our offices in downtown Phoenix as well as virtual care throughout Arizona, North Carolina, and New York.

We offer Individual, couples, family, and group counseling for a wide range of issues for those struggling with mental health and addiction challenges.  We have services in person in our Phoenix location and virtually throughout Arizona, North Carolina, and New York.

 We offer Comprehensive Case/Care Management for those needing help connecting to resources.  We have services virtually throughout Arizona, North Carolina, and New York.  

• Comprehensive Case/Care Management: Our comprehensive care management program can help clients gain access to resources and/or medication though connecting clients to programs and helping them complete paperwork.
• Estate Clean Up/Out: We can help when an estate needs to be cleared after a loved one passes or to help a loved one transition into a congregate living environment. 
• Hoarding Clean Up/Out: We can help in cases of hoarding to not only help your loved one get into care but also to work with them and the community to clean the property.

We offer pricing by the hour or per project.  Contact Jack for a free 15 minute consultation.

 We offer Reiki Energy Healing Work in person in our Phoenix location and remotely.  Our Founder, Jack Register, is a Reiki Master trained in the Usui Shiki Royoho Tradition.  Sessions are 30 or 60 minutes and fees are $45 for a 30 minute session and $75 for an hour.  Table or chair sessions available.

Catharsis Counseling Center is excited to welcome Amy Kelly, LCSW (AZ), LCSWA (NC) and Alison Mattheisen, MSW Intern to our team!  Alison and Amy can provide services virtually.
