Catharsis Counseling Center is able to take limited insurance in the states we serve. We have private pay and a limited sliding scale available. Look below for information specific to your state. These are the states we currently serve. Only Arizona has limited in person care at this time. Questions should be sent to jack@catharsis-center.com
If a client chooses to opt out of using their insurance, we have documentation we can complete to reflect this decision. When a client uses insurance there is always a diagnosis kept on file. Those who are private pay may not necessarily have this concern. Questions should be addressed to jack@catharsis-center.com
In Arizona, Jack is a LCSW-S, LIAC-S. In Arizona, Jack is a Clinical Supervisor. No supervisory billing is not available in Arizona at this time. Limited in person, in our Phoenix office, and telehealth visits are available in Arizona.
We use Headway as a third-party billing company. Clients will have a profile there and with us.
We currently take UHC, Aetna, Cigna, BCBS in Arizona
Our various groups and Intensives are not covered by insurance. Intensives are priced at $195 per hour. Groups are priced at $75 per group session per person
In North Carolina, Jack is a LCSW, LCAS, CCS. In North Carolina, Jack is a Clinical Supervisor. No supervisory billing or Incident to billing is available in North Carolina at this time. Only Telehealth appointments are available in North Carolina.
